Description
The Wilson A2000 Classic FPCM23 34" is a premium Fastpitch softball catcher's mitt designed to combine lightweight performance, durability and secure ball control behind the plate.
The FPCM23 features a Modified Web designed to help control the spin of incoming pitches and keep the ball securely in the pocket. This gives catchers greater confidence when receiving pitches and controlling the game behind the plate.
The mitt combines premium Pro Stock® Leather with lightweight SuperSkin™. Pro Stock® Leather delivers the exceptional feel and rugged durability the A2000 Series is known for and breaks in to form to the player's hand. SuperSkin™ helps reduce overall weight while maintaining excellent durability. According to Wilson, the microfiber material is half the weight of Pro Stock Leather while offering twice the durability. Its moisture-resistant construction also makes it easier to clean than traditional leather.
The mitt is designed specifically for Fastpitch Softball, providing a secure fit suited to Fastpitch players and helping maintain control throughout the game.
Flat Finger Binding improves comfort for catchers who prefer to keep their index finger outside the mitt by reducing the space between the finger and the back of the glove. DriLex Wrist Lining helps keep the hand dry and comfortable behind the plate.
The White / Coal colorway is finished with multicolor Gradient Bold Logos, giving this A2000 catcher's mitt a distinctive modern appearance.
