- the service provider will receive information that your browser has displayed our Website, even if you are not logged into the given social media site, or even if you do not have a profile on it;

- if you logged into one of the above social media sites before visiting our Store, its owner will be able to directly assign the visit to our Website to your profile on the given site.

IV. Videos

  • Some videos on the Website are embedded using plugins from YouTube (owned by Google), Instagram (owned by Meta Platforms), and TikTok. When you play such a video, Google / Instagram / TikTok receives information from your browser, even if you do not have an account on those platforms or are not logged in. If you are logged in to these platforms before visiting, the service provider may directly associate the video playback with your profile.
  • If you want to prevent Google / Instagram / TikTok from collecting information about your activity on our Site, you can:

The legal basis for the use of necessary cookies by the Store (indicated above in the section "What cookies do we use?") is our legitimate interest, i.e. the right to run a Website supporting our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by us using cookies, you have the rights described below at any time.

Our use of cookies, in particular for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or marketing companies whose services we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g. e-mail address, order history, type of device, technology used, frequency of visits) and formulate purchase forecasts for the future on this basis. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.

# How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" files. Session cookies, which are information necessary for the browser's functionalities to function correctly, expire at the end of the user session, i.e. each time you close our Site. # How long do we process data?


We process your data related to placing an order in the Store for as long as it is necessary to complete the order, as well as in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.

In addition, we will process data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed above in the table (i.e. until our legal interest in enabling us to process ceases, or until you object to the processing, or until you withdraw your marketing consent - if you have granted us such consent). Further processing will only be possible if we have such a legal obligation as the administrator (in particular tax purposes) and possibly for archival purposes to protect ourselves against potential claims (until such claims expire).

# Who do we transfer your data to?


In our business, we use the services of other cooperating companies, therefore your data may be entrusted by us to: the company providing us with software to run the Store, the accounting company, the hosting provider of our Website, the hosting provider of our e-mail, other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Your data is also transferred to courier companies and payment intermediaries in order to process your order, and these companies are separate administrators of personal data.

For the purposes of marketing activities described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the USA (Google, Facebook). In connection with the above, personal data may be transferred to third countries that are not members of the European Union.   • filing a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that your data is being processed by us unlawfully.

# Additional information for newsletter subscribers


If you have signed up for our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products and/or services, e.g. about new products in our offer, promotions or special offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in each newsletter or simply by writing us a message.

A modern e-mail marketing system allows us to analyze the actions of recipients, i.e. it gives us information whether a given message has been opened by you. We analyze such information to better adapt the content of the newsletter and notifications to your interests and send you personalized messages (profiling). You can object to such processing of your data by us at any time. In the event of a subscriber's inactivity for 1 year, we may stop sending them the newsletter. In such a case, we will remove you from the list of our subscribers (with additional notice).

Your data is not used by us to make decisions based on automated data processing that could affect your legal situation or cause other similarly significant effects for you.

ANNEX NO. 1 TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE BaseballOutlet.pl STORE
- LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS USING COOKIES

I. ANALYTICAL COOKIES:

1. We use Google Analytics

  • The information that Google Analytics collects about users includes, for example: how many times the user visits the website; which subpages they visit; date of the first and last visit; duration of the visit; the page from which the user visited the website (source of arrival); the browser that the user uses; the link that was clicked; the place in the world from which the user gains access, anonymized (shortened) IP address, etc.
  • Google assigns its own identifier (so-called Google ID) to individual users and collects data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We - as the owner of the Website - may receive reports (statistics) from Google related solely to the traffic on our Website. These reports of course only include people who have agreed to Google Analytics recording their visits on our Website.

2. Cookies from the software provider of our Shop

  • The software provider, thanks to which our Shop operates - i.e. the owner of the shoper.pl platform - places cookies on our Website in order to collect aggregate information about how customers use online shops (subpages opened and time spent on them, products displayed, clicks on the Shop website, analytical information about purchases, e.g. conversion rates).
  • This data is used to create aggregate reports for e-shop owners, containing general (without personal data) information, including what products interest customers of a given shop, in what period of the year there is increased traffic or sales in shops, etc. Thanks to this, sellers (including us) can improve their shops and optimize sales processes.

II. ADVERTISING COOKIES

  • For newsletter purposes, we use a tool provided to us by an external company.
