I. Cookies and other technologies

We use cookies and similar mechanisms to understand how users interact with our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying advertisements to them on other websites.

# What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored by a website on your computer, phone, or other device while you browse a website. A cookie contains data regarding your use of that website.

Some cookies are essential for our Store to function properly and cannot be disabled. In other cases, upon your first visit to our Website, we ask for your consent to install cookies. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies (or any other non-essential cookies) without your consent.

# What cookies do we use?

I. Essential Cookies

  • These cookies are required for the website to function properly. You cannot disable them, as doing so would prevent our site from working correctly.
  • We use tools to store your privacy preferences, which indicate whether you have consented to the use of specific types of cookies on our site.
  • Other essential cookies on our Website ensure proper functioning and management, such as implementing changes on the site and enabling tracking tools (where consent has been given).

II. Statistical Analysis of Our Website

  • We use analytical tools to understand how users interact with our Website. The data we collect does not identify specific individuals by name but allows us to record various aspects of a user's activity. We can aggregate and analyze this data statistically and use it to make decisions about changes to our Store and/or how we conduct advertising and marketing communication.
  • A list of the analytical tools used on our Website, along with explanations (i) of who the tool provider is, (ii) what it is used for, and (iii) what data is collected through that tool can be found in Appendix 1 of this policy and briefly in the cookie consent management panel.

III. Functional Cookies

  • Some cookies on our site enable additional tools on the Store, such as chat functions, product review modules and/or rating stars, the ability to recommend a product to a friend, or displaying your recently viewed products in the Store.
  • A list of the functional tools we use on our Website, along with explanations of their exact purposes, can be found in the cookie consent management panel.

IV. Social Media Plugins and Links

  • We have placed links to our profiles on social media platforms: Facebook / Instagram / TikTok. If you visit our profile on any of these platforms, the service provider will receive information that you reached their platform from our Store, just like when users navigate between any other websites.
  • You can find more details about how these social platforms process your data on the providers' websites:

Facebook and Instagram - https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/

TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy/pl-PL

  • We also use social media plugins in the Store that enable actions like sharing a product on your profile or liking our product on Facebook, saving an image from our Website to your Pinterest account, etc. Using such plugins involves transferring information from cookies to the owners of these social media sites:

- the service provider will receive information that your browser has displayed our Website, even if you are not logged into the given social media site, or even if you do not have a profile on it;

- if you logged into one of the above social media sites before visiting our Store, its owner will be able to directly assign the visit to our Website to your profile on the given site.

  • If you do not want social media sites to assign data collected during visits to the Store to your social media site, log out of these sites before visiting our Site. You can also completely prevent social plugins from loading on our Website by selecting the appropriate settings in the cookie consent management panel.

IV. Videos

  • Some videos on the Website are embedded using plugins from YouTube (owned by Google), Instagram (owned by Meta Platforms), and TikTok. When you play such a video, Google / Instagram / TikTok receives information from your browser, even if you do not have an account on those platforms or are not logged in. If you are logged in to these platforms before visiting, the service provider may directly associate the video playback with your profile.
  • If you want to prevent Google / Instagram / TikTok from collecting information about your activity on our Site, you can:

- not play the video (We will treat your consent to play the video as consent also for other videos on our Website - until you revoke it, i.e. change your cookie choices),

- not consent to cookies from this service on our Website,

- or you can log out of this service.

  • More information about data processing by YouTube / Instagram / TikTok can be found here / here / here.

# Legal issues regarding cookies

The legal basis for the use of necessary cookies by the Store (indicated above in the section "What cookies do we use?") is our legitimate interest, i.e. the right to run a Website supporting our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by us using cookies, you have the rights described below at any time.

Our use of cookies, in particular for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or marketing companies whose services we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g. e-mail address, order history, type of device, technology used, frequency of visits) and formulate purchase forecasts for the future on this basis. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.

# How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" files. Session cookies, which are information necessary for the browser's functionalities to function correctly, expire at the end of the user session, i.e. each time you close our Site. Persistent cookies, which make using the Site easier (e.g. remembering the selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products) will be stored by the browser for longer and will remain there until the expiry date, unless you delete them yourself using the browser menu settings.

Third-party cookies (i.e. analytical, advertising and social media cookies) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide you with links in this policy.
