Description

The Rawlings R9 12.75" Outfield Baseball Glove is designed for players looking for a quality all-leather outfield glove with a soft, game-ready feel and minimal break-in required.

The R9 Series combines a durable all-leather construction with a player-friendly feel, making this model particularly suitable for select youth and high school players.

601 Pattern – large, deep pocket

This glove features Rawlings' 601 Pattern, a pro-inspired design known for its huge, deep pocket. According to Rawlings, this is the same pattern used by superstar outfielder Mike Trout.

The 12.75" size provides the reach and pocket depth outfielders need when tracking and securing fly balls.

Classic Trap-Eze Web

The Trap-Eze Web is a classic outfield web design that works together with the deep 601 pocket to help secure the ball on catches in the outfield.

Soft, durable all-leather construction

The R9 features a soft, durable all-leather shell designed to provide a game-ready feel without the lengthy break-in associated with stiffer gloves.

Rawlings lists the Player Break-In at 20%, meaning most of the break-in work is completed at the factory, leaving the player to finish shaping the glove to their preference.

For additional comfort and protection, the glove features padded fingerback liners, a padded thumb loop and reinforced palm pad.

A classic Black/Gold colorway completes the pro-inspired look.
