The KR3 St Marys I13 Select is a high-quality wood baseball bat crafted from hand-selected wood sourced from Canada's northern forests. The St Marys Select Series is made from either Rock Maple or Hi-Impact Birch, providing premium wood for regular game and training use.
Each bat is produced from hand-split billets carefully selected for quality. KR3 uses a unique vacuum-drying process designed to help prevent flaking, while three coats of high-quality lacquer provide additional surface durability.
I13 profile – longer barrel and extended sweet spot
The I13 profile features a longer, larger barrel, thin handle and tapered knob. This geometry creates an extended hitting area and makes the bat an excellent option for gap-to-gap hitters and players looking for a longer sweet spot.
The extended barrel provides more usable hitting surface than more compact turn models while retaining the relatively thin handle characteristic of the I13 profile.
Individual St Marys Select bats can vary in weight. Depending on the specific piece of wood, the manufacturer lists weights ranging from approximately Drop 0 to Drop -4. Some variation in handle and knob dimensions may also occur between individual bats.
