KR3 Custom Pro Birch C271 Grand Slam Wood Baseball Bat – Orange/Blue

The KR3 Custom Pro Birch C271 Grand Slam is a high-quality wood baseball bat crafted from carefully selected Custom Birch to professional baseball bat standards.

KR3 uses premium birch billets that are vacuum dried and carefully controlled for optimal moisture content. Only selected birch from sawmills specializing in this type of wood is used for the Custom Birch series.

Each bat is hand sanded for balance and triple dipped for its finished surface. The wood also undergoes KR3's Double Bone Rub process to further compress and harden the surface.

C271 – a classic, versatile turn

The C271 profile features a tapered knob, thin handle and standard-sized barrel. Compared with large-barrel profiles such as the C243, the C271 offers a more traditional profile that is easier to control through the zone.

For this model, KR3 uses some of its strongest billets, selected for stiffness and hardness. The manufacturer positions the bat for power hitters looking to combine barrel control with high-quality, performance-oriented birch.

Pro Certified Ink Dot

The C271 Grand Slam is Pro Ink Dot Certified. The ink dot provides a visible indication of the wood's grain direction and forms part of the quality control standards used for professional-level birch bats.

Double Bone Rubbed

The Double Bone Rub process further compresses and hardens the surface of the wood, maximizing surface hardness.

A cupped barrel end helps bring the bat to approximately Drop -2.

The Grand Slam colorway combines a distinctive Orange Barrel with a Blue Handle.
