Terms and Conditions of the Online Store BaseballOutlet.pl
I. General Provisions and Contact

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules and conditions for using the online store BaseballOutlet.pl, available at https://www.baseballoutlet.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”).

The owner of the Store and the seller is BBLO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Bukowińska 10 lok. 197, 02-703 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001179158, NIP: 5214121502, REGON: 542018517 (hereinafter: the “Seller”).

II. Technical Requirements

In order to use the Store, the following is required:

a computer or other device with a web browser,

access to the Internet,
-
an active e-mail address.

III. Personal Data

The controller of personal data is the Seller.

IV. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement and Customer Account

The Store enables the purchase of Goods:

without registration,
-
by creating a customer account.

To place an order, the Customer must:
-
select the Goods,
-
add them to the cart,
-
select the delivery and payment method,
-
complete the order form,
-
confirm the order by clicking the “Buy and pay” button (or equivalent).

Information about Goods constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
-
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.
-
The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller.
-
The Seller confirms acceptance of the order via e-mail.
-
If it is not possible to fulfil the order:

the agreement is not concluded in whole or in part,
-
the Seller refunds the payments made.

The Seller provides confirmation of the agreement on a durable medium.
-
The Seller shall not be liable for incorrect data provided by the Customer.

The Seller may suspend the processing of the order in case of doubts regarding the accuracy of the data.
V. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices of the Goods:

are provided in PLN and EUR,
-
are gross prices (including VAT).

Delivery costs are indicated in the cart.

In the case of bank transfer:
-
payment should be made within 3 days,
-
failure to pay results in the agreement being considered not concluded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method.
VI. VAT and Sales within the European Union (OSS)

In the case of sales of Goods to consumers located in European Union Member States other than Poland, the Seller applies VAT rates applicable in the country of delivery in accordance with the One Stop Shop (OSS) procedure.

The final price of the Goods is presented before placing the order.
-
Changing the delivery country may result in a change in the price.
-
In the case of EU B2B customers, intra-Community supply rules may apply.
-
The Seller issues sales documents in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
VII. Delivery

Delivery of Goods is carried out via courier companies.
-
The order is considered completed when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

The order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Deliveries are made within the European Union.
VIII. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer and the Privileged Entrepreneur have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the Goods.

The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted:
-
electronically,
-
in writing.
-

The Customer is obliged to return the Goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
-
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
-
The Seller shall refund:
-
the price of the Goods,
-
the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the Store.

If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of return is provided.
-
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless the Customer agrees otherwise.
-
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
IX. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods with the agreement.

Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing.
-
Complaints are processed within 14 days.

The Customer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the ODR platform.
X. Final Provisions

Agreements are governed by Polish law.

The Terms do not limit consumer rights.
-
The Seller may amend the Terms.
-
These Terms are effective from 01.04.2026.
XI. Promotions and Price Reductions

The Seller may organize promotions and sales.
-
In the case of price reductions, the lowest price from the 30 days prior to the reduction is indicated.
-
If the Goods were offered for less than 30 days, the lowest price since introduction is indicated.
-
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
XII. Newsletter
-
The Seller provides a newsletter service.
-
The Newsletter includes information about products, promotions and marketing content.
-
The agreement is concluded by subscribing or giving consent during checkout.
-
The service is free of charge and for an indefinite period.
-
The subscriber may unsubscribe at any time via a link or by contacting the Seller.
-
The Seller may discontinue the newsletter service.
-
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
