Returns and Complaints

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- inform us about your decision (e.g. by e-mail),
- return the goods within 14 days from the withdrawal.

Refunds:
- we refund the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest delivery option,
- if a more expensive delivery option was chosen, the difference is not refunded,
- refunds are processed after receiving the goods or proof of return.

Return costs:
- the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Returns after 14 days:
After 14 days, returns are no longer available under statutory law, but in individual cases we may offer alternative solutions (e.g. store credit).
