We start processing each order immediately after the money has been credited to our account. Parcels are delivered by courier companies: DHL, GLS, DPD, UPS, InPost, Poczta Polska, Ceska Posta, Deutsche Post. Delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address.
Delivery usually takes up to 2 business days. The total order processing time takes up to 7 business days. We inform customers in case of delays.
